Confidentiality Policy

BCP-TWO recognises the importance of confidentiality in its operations, particularly concerning volunteers, applicants, organisational records, and public interactions.

All personal, operational, and administrative information shared with the organisation—whether through applications, internal communications, or official engagements—is treated with strict confidentiality and used only for authorised purposes.

Traffic Wardens, volunteers, and administrative personnel are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding operational details, sensitive information, and interactions with citizens and law enforcement agencies. Any unauthorised disclosure, misuse, or sharing of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.

The organisation follows ethical practices and established protocols to ensure that information is handled responsibly and securely.
